The Sevier County School System has transitioned to FinalForms as its official online platform for all athletic information and participation paperwork. All student-athletes and their parents/guardians must create a FinalForms account and complete the required forms before participating in any athletic activity.

FinalForms allows families to complete and sign athletic forms electronically, upload required information, receive reminders when forms need to be updated, and ensure all participation requirements are completed in one convenient location.

Parents and student-athletes should log in to FinalForms to register for sports, complete required athletic participation forms, and keep medical and emergency contact information current. This new system replaces previous paper-based athletic forms and streamlines the registration and eligibility process for all Sevier County student-athletes
