Celebrations:

Levi Moneymaker made Northview HISTORY! First golf player to get a hole in ONE!
The Northview Cougar Football team defeated Grainger County 28-18! Way to go boys!
Lady Cougar Soccer beat Union 3-0!
Lady Cougar Volleyball Varsity defeated Carter 3-0 and the JV team won 2-1! They followed it up with a big district win against Pigeon Forge with Varsity winning 3-0 and JV winning 2-0!
Karoline Wallis and Khale Burditt earned a qualifying score for the Regional Golf Tournament!
Caylee Murrell placed 11th at The Mounds Cross Country Meet in Oak Ridge! Zandrea Wallin, Cole Cummings, and Abraham Young had their personal best this week! Great work! Keep it up!
Our Cosmetology students represented Northview well at the Sevier County and Knox County Fair. Evie Johnson took 1st place suitcase design (Sevier & Knox Co Fairs) & 2nd in Occupational Board Display. Jocelyn Hawkins earned 1st in Hair Design at Sevier Co Fair and 2nd at Knox Co. Fair. At the Sevier County Fair, Yoselyn Luna placed 2nd, Elizabeth Matute Soasa placed 3rd, and Lauralai DeGroot placed 4th in Hair Design, Jillianna Sambrooks placed 4th and Mikala Hutchison placed 5th in Braiding, Yoselyn Luna and Chelsy Henriquez placed 1st, Dariana Baquedano Ramos 2nd, and Haylin Smith placed 4th in Nails, Alicia Carwile and Logen Huskey placed 2nd in Fantasy Makeup. Great job!

Senior ACT ReTake Day is September 30. Don’t forget ACT Tutoring is available Monday mornings from 7:00-7:40am in Mrs. Kristy Smith’s Room!
